Who is it for?
For people who are curious about trying the Low Carb diet and are looking for an easy way to start.
What does it contain?
Four (4) meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack.
1) We deliver your meals the evening before consumption, between 6PM - 9PM.
For 10, 14 and 20 Day Meal Plans, deliveries will follow the 5-day schedule.
For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.
Please expect a message from our rider when your order is about to be delivered.
2) For The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: We can deliver your add-on treats on Tuesday or Thursday evening straight to your doorstep between 6PM-9PM. Order cut-off is 5 PM Monday for Tuesday evening delivery and 5 PM Wednesday for Thursday evening delivery. Orders placed beyond cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
