We know how hard it is to work out and stay in shape, so we’re here to make sure that your dieting is zero-effort. Let us worry about the fats, flavors, meats and macros so you don’t have to! A Ketogenic diet is high in fat, moderate in protein and low in carb. To illustrate, let’s talk math. That means 75% of calories from fat, 20% from protein and only 5% from carbs. When you switch from a carb-based diet to a carb-deficit, your body goes through a state called Ketosis where it efficiently burns fat for fuel. This has a whole range of benefits, such as weight loss, body fat reduction, improved mental clarity, increased energy, and many others. Eating healthy fat to burn fat? So cool!
Yes, Ketos of Manila will continue its business operations. We will continue to deliver meals from 6PM-9:30PM, Sunday-Thursday in Metro Manila.
As a food preparation and delivery business, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our priority. To be able to operate through the lockdown, our lean staff live in our comissary staff house, while the rest will work from home.
Our entire kitchen staff continue to practice proper hygiene, social distancing, and follow strict food handling protocols at all times. Our delivery crew wear face masks and sanitise their hands after each delivery.

Ordering is easy! You can order your meal program on our online store. Choose between four different meal plans:
1) Keto Max (1800 cal) - best for keto first timers and beginners. 4 bigger meal portions per day, 1 can of Rite N Lite weekly and 2 Keto Strips per week.
2) Keto Lite (1200 cal) - lighter meal portions. 4 meals per day, 1 Keto Strip per week.
4) Keto Fast (800 cal) - best for Intermittent Fasting. 2 meals (lunch & dinner) per day, 1 Keto Strip per week.
4) Simply Low Carb - Low Carb*, Sugar-Free, High Fiber Meals (Non-Keto). 4 meals per day.

How do I pay? Can I pay online?
Payments are now easier! You can order and pay online using Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
1) Paypal & Credit Cards:
PayPal now accepts payment through Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) even WITHOUT a PayPal account - so it's hassle-free!
2) Bank Transfers:
You can also choose to pay offline using BPI or BDO bank transfers.

4) OFFLINE PAYMENT/ CASH-ON-DELIVERY
For COD, choose OFFLINE Payment upon checkout. FULL PAYMENT of your order shall be given to the rider on your first delivery date.
We deliver to most parts of Metro Manila with the following fees:
- Makati, Taguig, Pateros, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan (P70/day)
- Manila, Pasay, Parañaque, (P80/day)
- Quezon City, Alabang (P100/day)
- Marikina, Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay (P120/day)
- Las Piñas, South Caloocan (P120/day)
Due to increase in fuel prices during this time, we will be increasing our delivery fees in select delivery areas for orders placed starting August 1, 2022. Regular delivery charges shall apply for orders until July 31, 2022.

We deliver all meals the evening before consumption, between 6 PM - 9 PM. Our first delivery is on Sunday evening and continues until Thursday evening.
We have our freelance riders to deliver your meals. You will receive an SMS alert when your delivery is on its way.
The Rider will deliver your food to your home or condo/office lobby. If you live in a condo or office, please inform the receptionist or guard to accept your meals on your behalf.
Once you receive your meals, place them in the refrigerator overnight. Heating instructions are provided on on your meal tags. Reheat them and enjoy the next day.
Yes you can! Please see terms below for reference:
5 -7 Days Meal Duration ➡️ You may request to pause for maximum 1 time.
10-21 Day Meal Duration ➡️ You may request to pause for maximum 3 times (only once a week)
40 or 60 Day Meal Duration ➡️ You may request to pause for maximum 5 times (only once a week)

Any exceeding requests, will not be accommodated.
Yes you may. Changes in delivery address will be accommodated following a cut-off time of 1 PM, the same day. Additional fees may apply.
