The best time to take the test is first thing Thursday or Sunday morning.

Dip the Ketos Test Strip in urine or pee on the square end.

Wait for 40 seconds to get the most accurate reading.

Compare the test pad color to the color chart. The darker the color, the higher the ketones.

Once you have the result, take a picture of it.
- Message us your WOW results before 10 a.m. on Thursday via email or Instagram.
- Wait for our confirmation to receive your reward with your next delivery.

Ketos Test Strips are delivered every Wednesday and Saturday (for those with weekend delivery) along with your meal plan.

Upon receiving your meal delivery, store your strips in a cool, dry place for accurate results. Do not refrigerate.
